Efrain Juarez is expected to leave Celtic this summer after comments made by manager Neil Lennon.
The 24-year old Mexico international joined the Hoops from UNAM Pumas in 2010 but failed to make an impact at Parkhead and was subsequently loaned to Spanish club Real Zaragoza in July last year.
After about two years on Celtic's books, it appears that defensive midfielder Juarez will be on his way out at the end of the current campaign.
"It might be best for him to further his career elsewhere," said Lennon.
