Philippe Mexes is expected to accept Roma's new contract offer today.
The France international defender is expected to say 'si' today when he meets with Roma directors to finalise their four-year contract offer.
Mexes' new deal will be worth £1.7 million-a-year and is the same terms that Cristian Chivu rejected earlier this week.
