Former Manchester United assistant manager Rene Meulensteen has asked current number two Ryan Giggs to stick with the famous club.
Meulensteen has had some subpar managerial spells with other clubs in his career and claims that he found working at other clubs very different from his experiences at United.
The Dutchman has advised Giggs not to repeat the same mistake and remain at Old Trafford and work his way up to becoming the club's undisputed number one.
"I've had a few conversations with him and I said to him, 'The only club you can manage is Manchester United, because everything you move away from is so foreign to you," Meulensteen told BBC Radio Five Live.
"Because I've had my own experiences in that respect and you suddenly realise 'Jesus how different is this?'
"And that's what Sir Alex Ferguson installed over so many years, and you have to taste those ingredients to understand what it's like.
"His biggest ambition is to carry on at Manchester United and manage Manchester United."
