Lionel Messi hit the ground running in Barcelona training yesterday.
Messi has told Barca coach Pep Guardiola he wants to be considered for the Supa Copa against Real Madrid, despite his Copa America exerts with Argentina.
The Barca ace also worked for the first time with new teammate Alexis Sanchez.
Messi could have had more time off, but wanted to send a clear signal to Guardiola that he is ready for the Supa Copa should the coach feel he is needed.
