Lionel Messi has welcomed Luis Suarez's arrival at Barcelona.
Suarez is only weeks away from completing his four-month World Cup biting ban.
"The truth is that we are very excited about looking forward with him (Suarez)," said Messi.
"We already had very good players and with the arrival of Luis Suarez reinforcing our attack, hopefully we can achieve our goals.
"I know that the Champions League is very complicated and there will be difficult times but I'm sure we can go far."
