Barcelona ace Thierry Henry showed teammate Lionel Messi a thing or two about diplomacy after last week's 0-0 result with Rangers.

While Messi was lambasted by critics for describing Rangers' game as "anti-football", Henry remarked after the match: "The way your football is going right now is amazing.

"One thing I like about Scots people - and I have Scottish friends - is you are a very proud country. And at the moment you can be more than proud."
