Super agent Jorge Mendes was at Stamford Bridge last night for talks with Chelsea over Real Madrid midfielder James Rodriguez.
The Sun says Mendes held late-night talks with Chelsea on Tuesday, according to reports in Spain.
The Colombian midfielder, 25, had been told earlier this summer by Bernabeu boss Zinedine Zidane he had no future at the club, before the Frenchman made something of a U-turn.
Yet now super-agent Mendes has fuelled the fire regarding a last-ditch move, after he held talks with Roman Abramovich's Blues, according to El Confidencial.
The report also claims Rodriguez is a 'player who dazzles Antonio Conte', with the article also eluding to the 'forming [of] a partnership' with Eden Hazard.
