Real Madrid president Florentino Perez has been warned he faces a major hit on James Rodriguez if he wants to sell the Colombian this summer.
Don Balon says James' agent, Jorge Mendes, has met with Florentino and delivered expressions of interest from PSG, Manchester United and Juventus.
However, Mendes also warned that Real could not expect to get back the €80 million paid to AS Monaco for James in 2014.
Instead, Florentino was informed the best he can expect to receive would be €40-50 million. The treatment of James this season by Zinedine Zidane and predecessor Rafa Benitez has hit his reputation hard.
Juventus are willing to discuss terms with Real after making contact with Mendes, though PSG have offered a bigger contract proposal.
United, meanwhile, will wait until the status of next season's manager is decided.
