Viola sports chief Pantaelo Corvino is aware of Valencia's financial troubles and believes the time is right to move for Spain U21 fullback Alexis.
Alexis is close to Fiorentina wing-back Felipe Melo, who has urged Corvino to bring the defender to Florence as soon as he can.
