Melbourne youngster Francesco Stella has signed pro forms with Serie ASiena.
Stella played with South Melbourne last season after a previous spell in Italian junior football.
The 18 year-old midfielder has won a pro deal with Siena, but will begin the New Year with the club's primavera team.
A tricky midfielder, Stella has penned a three-year agreement with Siena.
