Melbourne Victory insist they will not listen to offers for new goalkeeper Glen Moss. The Kiwi enjoyed an outstanding Confederations Cup campaign and is attracting interest from local South African clubs.
"There certainly hasn't been anything come through to us," a spokesman for Victory told the Dominion Post, adding that Melbourne were "not at all" interested in selling their new recruit.
Moss has just begun a two-year deal with the Victory after a two-year stint with Wellington Phoenix.
"He has fitted in well, he's pretty happy here and he's settled now, so I can't imagine there's anything in that at all.
"If Chelsea come knocking obviously we'd be prepared to sit down and talk but we've got two great keepers [Moss and Mitch Langerak], and there's going to be great competition for No 1 spot."
South African clubs are keen to boost their profile in the lead up to the World Cup, with Ajax and Moroka Swallows chasing Christian Vieri.
