Melbourne Victory striker Ricardinho will miss two to three weeks with a knee injury sustained in Friday night's 2-1 win over Adelaide United.
The Brazilian was today diagnosed with a medial ligament strain and will now be out for Saturday's Etihad Stadium clash with Gold Coast United as well as the trip to Perth on November 14.
He may also miss the midweek fixture against Central Coast Mariners four days later.
Ricardinho has scored just one goal since arriving at the club but is beginning to settle well with more game time.
