Robbie Kruse says he wants to settle in Germany as soon as possible after completing his move to Fortuna Dusseldorf. The 22-year old has left A-League club Melbourne Victory for a three-year deal with the German 2.Bundesliga outfit and is now looking to make an impact at his new club.
"My opinion is the sooner I settle in, the better this will work out for me," Kruse told Express.de.
"I want to break through here. Therefore I didn't want to miss anything.
"I'm an attacker and naturally I'll be measured on goals. I want to score many goals."
And the Australian international admitted there was some interest in his services but was delighted he decided on Dusseldorf.
"There were several offers. But this is just the thing for me," Kruse added.
"Dusseldorf is a fantastic city and the 2.Bundesliga is very good. We'll go from here."
