Melbourne Heart CEO Scott Munn has revealed that the new A-League club is on the verge of signing two new international players including one striker.
Following yesterday's announcement that the club had signed Australian international defender Michael Beauchamp, Munn confirmed that there were more signings on the way but they just needed to be finalised.
"We've got another probably two international announcements to make," Heart chief Munn said yesterday. "One is another striker we're looking to finalise. We're also talking to another Australian marquee player. By end of the month we want to secure those players."
It is expected that the Australian player is Hajduk Split midfielder Josip Skoko who has been linked with the club for a number of weeks now.
