The A-League's newest franchise, Melbourne Heart, will this week begin advertising for major roles at the club.
With the chief executive job filled by Scott Munn, the franchise still needs to find a coach and football operations general manager, the latter being extremely important in building the inaugural playing squad.
"From our perspective, this position is crucial in the build of the club," Munn said yesterday.
"He will be working extremely closely with the coach to build a platform for longevity and to carry us forward for the next 10 or 20 years. It's vital for the club."
The other positions that the franchise will advertise for are general managers of commercial operations and finance prior to its debut season next year.
