Former Stoke City goalkeeper Tomas Sorensen is being linked with Australian side Melbourne City.

Sorensen ended his seven year association with Stoke at the end of last season and it was widely believed that the goalkeeper would be hanging up his gloves this summer.

However, Sorenson still seems to be attracting the interest from a couple of clubs and according to Danish news outlet Ekstra Bladet, the 39-year old is currently being pursued by A-League side City who have close ties with Premier League giants Manchester City.
