West Bromwich Albion boss Pepe Mel expects to thrash out next season's plans with chairman Jeremy Peace next week.
Mel revealed the meeting will be his chance to sell his own plans for the team to Peace before they decide whether he stays or goes.
"There are lots of players who are going to be out of contract; it's pretty much like making up a new team," said Mel.
"So West Brom have a lot of work to do.
"After the Stoke City game we have a meeting and then we'll decide whether or not I'm going to be at West Brom next season.
"The really important thing is the club know what I feel and I what I believe, and I will have a meeting with the chairman and express what I want in order to continue."
