Raul Meireles admits he's now enjoying his football at Liverpool.
Meireles fired his third goal in four games with a left-foot opener against Stoke on Wednesday night.
He told liverpoolfc.tv: "It's a good moment for me but the most important thing is the victories. I have started to score goals but I don't live for goals, I live to win. I want to win every game - that's the most important thing for me.
"I feel great to play at this level. I like English football, the supporters are fantastic and I'm happy to play here."
As well as a potential bow for Torres in a blue shirt, Sunday could be an opportunity for Luis Suarez to make his first start for Liverpool following his £20million-plus switch from Ajax.
Supporters have already had a glimpse of the talent which made him a World Cup star in 2010, his all-action cameo against Stoke being capped by a Kop end goal.
Meireles was impressed: "He is a very good player and has scored a lot of goals in Holland. We're trying to help him because he speaks Spanish - we're helping him with the language. But he's a good transfer for us."
