Bolton Wanderers boss Gary Megson has no regrets publicly slating his players.

They were awful in the 3-0 defeat at Everton a fortnight ago and Megson publicly slated them for their display.

Megson said: "We had a couple of players who were 50 per cent down on what they were in the first half of the season.

"It's not rocket science but it needed to be spoken about."
