Megson has no fears working for Mandaric at Sheffield Wednesday

Gary Megson has no qualms taking the Sheffield Wednesday job.

The former Bolton Wanderers and West Bromwich Albion manager insists serial sacker Milan Mandaric does not frighten him.

When, like Megson, you have tangled with Bolton's hate mob, then dealing with Mandaric, who has parted company with 14 managers in 12 years, is a piece of cake.

Megson, 51, bounces back after 14 months in exile following his axing as Bolton chief.

He said: "Even before my first game, they made it clear they couldn't stand me, and that is the way it stayed.

"Milan is not the most patient chairman. But win and you'll be all right."
