Aston Villa boss Alex McLeish has had his players go through Army training this week.
The players were drilled by Army fitness instructor Lee Swann and his colleagues as part of the club's honouring of Remembrance Day. And winger Marc Albrighton admitted the players were properly monstered by the soldiers.
He said: "They really put us through our paces and made us work hard. It was something really different from what we're used to.
"There were a few aches and pains but we really enjoyed it. It was good to work with the Army and see what a great job they do."
