Aston Villa boss Alex McLeish has no regrets taking the job.
Villa are on the fringes of the relegation zone.
McLeish said: "We've got big challenges in the next eight games, I believe we have enough in us to get points.
"But I don't regret coming to Villa, I never, ever look back and regret anything. It's not easy and I knew it wouldn't be. Relegation is something you must think about.
"But I don't believe it'll happen. That's my school of thought. I'm sure the players will think about it as well, they're human.
"They were in a battle last season so they've been through it and they've got to do it again this season.
"Last year's Villa squad was a little bit stronger, so I knew it would be tough."
