Everton are offering new terms to striker James McFadden.
McFadden has 18 months left on his contract but boss David Moyes wants the forward (left) to sign a new deal to end speculation about him leaving.
Everton recently rejected an approach from Celtic to sign the Scot, 24, on loan.
