McDonald nets in Celtic win over Aberdeen

Scott McDonald begun the new Scottish Premier League in great form, scoring in Celtic's 3-1 over Aberdeen. After two Aiden McGeady goals in the 29th and 42nd minutes, McDonald was on hand to slam home a poor Richard Foster clearance to put the Hoops ahead 3-0 before the break.

He made way for Georgios Samaras fifteen minutes after the re-start but the damage was done as Tony Mowbray recorded his first SPL victory in charge of Celtic.
