Brian McDermott is prepared to stay as Leeds United manager.
The Daily Mail says McDermott was seeking assurances from Leeds United's chaotic ownership structure on Sunday night before deciding whether to return to the club as manager.
Leeds chief, fired on Friday by the club's prospective owner Massimo Cellino, has been told to return to Thorp Arch to take first team training on Monday.
McDermott as locked in talks with LMA chief executive Richard Bevan, their QC Paul Gilroy and representatives from various consortiums hoping to buy Leeds.
Incredibly he is tempted to turn up at the club's Thorp Arch training ground on Monday to resume managerial responsibilities if he can thrash out an agreement.
