Sean McDermott is finalising his move to Arsenal from Norway's IK Våg.
The Republic of Ireland youth international goalkeeper is joining the Gunners for a £100,000 fee rising to £700,000 based on appearances and success.
McDermott, 16, will start his Gunners career with the academy.
