FC Twente boss Steve McClaren is determined to land Wigan Athletic fullback Erik Edman.
The Swede has not played for the Latics since suffering at the hands of Aaron Lennon in Wigan's recent 9-1 mauling at Spurs.
Edman, 31, is still highly-rated across Europe and McClaren is interested in landing him for a cut-price fee.
