FC Twente coach Steve McClaren hopes to convince Marko Arnautovic to reject a move to Chelsea.

"Marko is a big talent, who certainly has the capacity to succeed at the top," said the former England boss.

"But it would have been better for him to have stayed for another year at FC Twente.

"Then Marko would have been sure of a starting place and he could develop further in a quiet environment. I advised him that too, but he is very passionate and ambitious."
