Former England boss Steve McClaren is being linked with FC Twente.
The Daily Mail says McClaren was spotted in the stands at the Amsterdam ArenA yesterday as FC Twente clinched a place in the Champions League at the expense of Ajax with a 2-1 aggregate victory in the Dutch League play-offs.
Positive talks are already understood to have taken place between McClaren and the club, and he is expected to be announced as replacement for current head coach Fred Rutten - who will join German side Schalke in the summer - early this week.
