Wolves have begun clearing the books as they prepare for next season's Premiership return.

Manager Mick McCarthy wants to add four players with Premier League experience to his squad, and started his clearout yesterday by confirming Jason Shackell, Darren Ward and Darren Potter will be offloaded.

"There will be some others but that's not for public consumption at the moment," said McCarthy.
