Daniel McBreen is on the verge of making an appearance at Wembley Stadium after York City won the first leg of the semi-final in the FA Trophy.

York defeated AC Telford 2-0 on the weekend and now have one foot in the FA Trophy which is the equivalent of the FA Cup but for non-league teams.

McBreen signed with A-League club North Queensland Fury recently and will join the club ahead of the 2009/10 season.
