Crystal Palace midfielder James McArthur denies diving during victory at Stoke City.

Palace boss Alan Pardew said he should be "embarrassed" about taking a tumble.

But McArthur says he was not trying win a penalty and claims he is "not the type of person to dive".

"I have watched it again and it does not look like a penalty," said the 27-year-old. "It was not a dive. It may look like a dive but it is not like I have gone down to try and cheat."
