Stephane Mbia says he's happy to play at centre-half for QPR.

The former Marseille midfielder admits Rs boss Mark Hughes is desperate for him to play at the back.

"I'm going to play as a central defender. I did so when I was young and had arrived in Marseille. I spoke at length with the manager of QPR, Mark Hughes and he desperately wants me to play in defence," Mbia told Foot Mercato.
