Walter Mazzarri has signed a new one-year contract extension with Inter Milan.
The deal sees the coach stay with Inter until 2016.
"We are very pleased to have extended our contract with the Coach," President Erick Thohir told the club's official website.
"I've always said that the relationship with Mazzarri would continue as we consider him one of the cornerstones of our project."
Mazzarri added: "First of all I would like to thank Erick Thohir for his trust.
"The President has proven once again that he believes in me and this project.
"I hope to be able to pay him back with great play on the pitch and hard work. I'll do everything in my power to return Inter to the top of the Italian and European game."
