Inter Milan coach Walter Mazzarri was left frustrated with their 2-2 draw against Bologna.
Mauro Icardi's double wasn't enough as Inter dropped two more points yesterday.
"All a Coach can do is keep the team trained well, create chances, have an organisation that cuts out counter-attacks," Mazzarri told Sky Sport Italia.
"As we are Inter and must always try to win, it can happen that we take the lead and then this fear sets in, as these are very young players. They feel the pressure after recent results.
"If we had continued playing the way we did when it was 0-0, then we may well have won. All this combines to mean we drop points and in pouring forward with some audacious substitutions we also run some risks at the back."
