Inter Milan coach Walter Mazzarri has defended his limited use of young players.
Mazzarri has been criticised for not giving more playing time to youngsters like Ishak Belfodil - who left on loan to Livorno - Mateo Kovacic and Mauro Icardi.
"It's true I didn't choose them, as they were already in the squad when I arrived. Everyone knows that, but that's not a problem. I have to make the most of the squad I've got.
"In a club like this, people must understand young players are coming from very different environments with a different level of pressure. It all depends on what you expect. Are they young players who have already achieved something or are they unaccustomed to certain situations?"
