Inter Milan boss Walter Mazzarri was full of praise for his players after their shock 1-0 win over Sampdoria.
Inter went into the game as underdogs, but won thanks to Mauro Icardi's last minute spotkick.
"Today we put in a great performance, often pegging back a Samp side that hadn't lost yet this season," Mazzarri told Sky Sport Italia.
"We created so many scoring opportunities and once again our big fault was not converting them. I am happy with my players.
"Palacio had this injury and has never been at 100 per cent fitness this season. I hope he's saving all his goals for the next game."
