Inter Milan coach Walter Mazzarri feels he has the support of president Erick Thohir.
Thohir will be in the stands for today's game with Torino and Mazzarri was asked about their rapport.
"It's the usual rapport between a President and his Coach. He tells me what he wants to see and I give him my explanation. The club sets the guidelines, while I also tell the President my ideas. It is a continual exchange of views.
"Of course we want to win for us and for Thohir, but the lads are concentrated on the field. They don't feel extra pressure when he is in the stands.
"We've already had our meetings to prepare for next season and the next few games are also useful for me to evaluate who could stay or go.
"I really think we will have a better squad next season. We've already got Hernanes and so next term we can get off to a really strong start."
