New Napoli coach Walter Mazzarri is confident he can turn results around.

"I am getting to know the lads and can have a better idea of the situation once everyone is back from international duty," noted the former Reggina and Sampdoria boss.

"I am already certain that we all need to come together straight away to create a team spirit. That is where you start from.

"It goes from the physio to the kit staff to the players. Each and every one has to pledge to the cause in a unified manner.

"I want to see everyone celebrate good news and everyone suffer when it's time to grit our teeth. That is the only way to build a team. And if we lose, it is only me who is to blame."
