Inter Milan coach Walter Mazzarri admits his first weeks have been hard work.

Inter will face Juventus in the Guinness International Champions Cup competition on August 6.

"We hope to do the best we can and use these defeats as a lesson. It's something I've expected from my first day here, that Inter would become competitive again.

"We need to try and give everything, playing in a convincing way. In terms of doing things automatically we're improving.

"It's certainly not easy for a new Coach to start from scratch."
