Lazio have made an offer to Maxi Lopez.
Maxi is currently on-loan at Gremio from FC Moscow.
His Brazilian agent, Fernando Otto, said: "Lazio have made a proposal. Currently Maxi has not said yes or no, but he did the same with Gremio.
"A final decision is expected by Monday."
