Max Ehmer is delighted with his new contract at QPR.
The 19 year-old German centre-half put pen to paper on a contract until the summer of 2013 last week.
Ehmer told the club's website: "I'm delighted that I've signed this new deal and hopefully I can be in and around the First Team squad next year.
"If the Manager decides I need to spend more time out on loan then that's fine. He's the kind of gaffer that likes to give youth a chance though, so hopefully I can show him what I can do over the coming months and really push on."
