Crewe Alexandra striker Max Clayton is training away from Gresty Road.
Clayton is now out of contract but has been offered a new three-year deal by the Alex.
However, the 19-year-old is now spending two weeks with another club as he bids to earn a new deal, says The Sentinel.
Clayton has been linked with the likes of Everton, Liverpool and Manchester United in the past.
