Juventus midfielder Blaise Matuidi admits he's surprised by Paul Pogba's leadership claims.
The Manchester United midfielder says he wants to be the "boss" of France.
Matuidi said: "That's what he thinks. Maybe he's right. What I can tell you is that we talk in the locker room, whether it's me, Hugo (Lloris), the captain, or Rapha (Varane).
"After, what does that mean? For me, N'Golo Kanté is a leader. Yet he does not speak, but on the ground he shows the way. Leadership, it's not just being a barker. You need everything and you have everything you need in the group.
"If Paul thinks he can do that, that's fine. We wish him to do his best and to do more to help us win. He has the capacity."
