Matt Phillips is impressed by West Brom's young talent.

Phillips joined from Queens Park Rangers for £5million a week and a half ago, and jetted out to Austria with the rest of the squad straight away.

He's been particularly impressed with Albion's two 18-year-olds, Sam Field and Jack Fitzwater, who both play in defence.

"They've been really good in training, they're fit young lads and it looks promising for them," he said.
