Alessandro Matri is delighted to have signed permanently with Juventus.
The striker joined on loan from Cagliari in January and, between both clubs, netted 20 goals last term.
"What are my objectives? I am superstitious, so generally don't like to state figures," he smiled on Juventus Channel.
"Aiming to better yourself is only normal. I know I'm coming off a very positive campaign, so my objective is to at least match my goal haul from last season. It'll be difficult, but I live in hope."
Matri did enough to transform that loan move to a permanent one this summer and is fired up with new Coach Antonio Conte.
"We're all feeling very positive, as right from the first day you could see how ready everyone was to work and do well. These are the crucial building blocks for a great season.
"I didn't know Conte before now, but I had heard about him and it was all true: he is so hard-working and is able to transmit that desire to win on to the team. Of course, we are all eager to win too."
