Alessandro Matri was delighted to grab his first goals for Juventus in victory over Cagliari.
Matri also won a first call-up to the Italy squad this week.
He said: "I am living the dream. My life has changed in seven days, first Juve, then La Nazionale.
"Juve gave me a great welcome, and I've just arrived here in Coverciano. Gigi Riva said 'hello' and complimented me with great affection."
