Manchester United midfielder Nemanja Matic admits Jose Mourinho was key to his move from Chelsea.

The Serb completed a £40 million move from Chelsea earlier this summer in what appears an excellent piece of business by the Red Devils.

Matic told Sky Sports: "He was very important for me.

"When I decided to come to Manchester, he was a reason to come here.

"My decision was very quick and very clear. You don't need to think a lot about if you are going to come."
