Marco Materazzi made his playing comeback for Inter Milan in last night's friendly against Sheffield FC.

The game was marking Sheffield's 150 year anniversary and was highlighted by Materazzi's return to action since breaking down on Italy duty in August.

The defender had 70 minutes on the pitch and came through unscathed in the 5-2 victory. Materazzi also presented Pele, a guest of honour for the game, with a No23 Inter shirt.
