Juan Mata has no problem playing anywhere for Manchester United boss Louis van Gaal.

Mata played in a variety of positions, including No.10, but said he is happy with the way he is currently being deployed by Van Gaal.

“It just depends how we shape," Mata told the Mirror. “I used to play on the right and I used to play as a No.10 and on the left. Right now I'm very comfortable to be playing on the right.

“I try to cut inside with either Antonio [Valencia] or Matteo [Darmian] overlapping me and I feel very comfortable there, trying to link with the No.10 and the striker."
